Just clean, honest materials that are kinder to your skin and the planet. The brand works closely with skilled Indian artisans who practice centuries-old techniques like Ari embroidery to create truly one-of-a-kind pieces. For example, our hand-embroidered jackets take 20–25 hours to complete each piece, a true handcrafted labor of love. The prints are all original artwork made by the designer herself. The SS26 collection features a limited-edition Chintz capsule celebrating a historic 16th-century Indian textile. Each motif is hand-painted on paper using watercolor, then digitally adapted and printed onto fabric, a contemporary reinterpretation that honors the original craft. Amaya operates under a zero-waste policy, repurposing all leftover fabric into bags and accessories, and recycling scraps into mattress fillings. Every artisan is compensated fairly and receives deserved recognition for their work.
